We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with super clean and comfy rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and modern rooms to the well-maintained gym with complimentary water and towels. The location was incredibly convenient, with Times Square just a few meters away and the theater district and Broadway shows within easy reach. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, from Yenny who upgraded me to Alyssa and Dede who helped me find a dentist in an emergency. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Times Square. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offered convenient transportation options to the airport. the staff, location, and cleanliness were the best aspects of this stay.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The staff were all wonderful and attentive. The doormen were outstanding. Ideal location in the square, right in the center of Times Square. The hotel facilities were great, with a coffee/grocery on site. Cleanliness was top-notch, everything was kept very clean.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel, being so close to Times Square and within walking distance of many attractions. It was great to be near everything without being overwhelmed by noise. The cleanliness of the hotel and the modern facilities in our room impressed us. The staff was professional and provided excellent service, including holding our luggage and giving us helpful recommendations.
