The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making it a very comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were great, and the complimentary shuttle service to Flushing was a huge convenience for shopping and taking the subway. The staff, particularly Justin at the front desk, were incredibly helpful in resolving any issues and providing useful information about the area. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety and the fresh baked cookies were a nice touch.

Couldn't stay longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Citi Field. The cleanliness of the hotel and our cozy and comfortable room were top-notch. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and we enjoyed the lovely view outside our window. The hotel facilities, including the TV, microwave, and work table in our room, exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as it was near Citi Field and provided easy access to La Guardia airport. The friendly staff, especially Tiffany at the front desk, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. The great breakfast and breakfast bags for our early flight were a nice surprise.

The room was clean and the wifi worked well. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

I had such a pleasant stay here! The staff, from the shuttle drivers to the reception, housekeeping, and breakfast staff, were all so friendly and helpful. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great, right in front of the NYPD Academy and with a 24-hour bus stop nearby. The hotel shuttle service was fantastic, always willing to take me to the airport or downtown train station. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that I could take it to my room or outside the hotel. the service, location, and breakfast were top-notch.
